• Oxycodone, Hydrocodine = 3 years – life
• Phencyclidine (PCP or Angel Dust) = 3 – 15 years
• Methaqualone (Quaalude) = 3 – 15 years
• Amphetamine and Methamphetamine (Crystal Meth) = 3 – 15 years
• Flunitrazepam (Date Rape Drug) = 3 years – life
• GHB (gamma-hydroxybutyric acid), GBL (gamma-butyrolactone) and 1,4-Butanediol = 3 – 15 years
• LSD (lysergic acid diethylamide) = 3 – 15 years

Where You Sell Drugs Affects How Severe Your Sentence Will Be

If you sell drugs within 1,000 feet of a convenience store, park, church, school or playground in Florida, the felony charges against you will be raised by 1 degree (i.e., if you sell cocaine near a school, the charge will be raised from a 2^nd degree felony to a 1^st degree felony). All first-degree felonies in Florida carry a prison sentence of up to 30 years.
